Follow the steps below to add an existing PST file to your Outlook profile.
Select File – Open- Outlook Data File from the Outlook menuThe following dialogue box will appear.
Browse directory from “Look In” selection option to locate the PST file you would like to add.
From the selected directory highlight the PST file.
Now, click on Ok button to add the PST file to the Outlook profile.
The newly added PST file shows up in the left hand pane of the Outlook window as shown in the screen shot below.
Repeat the above steps to add additional PST file.
