Solution:
How to add the 'From' \‘BCC ‘ field to the new mail.
To enable the field go to Tools -> Options -> Mail format and deselect "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages" it is usualy ticked.
Then open new email and go to View -> 'From' \‘BCC ‘ and select it.
After go again to Tools -> Options -> Mail format and tick "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages" back.
When you open new message the 'From' \‘BCC ‘ field should stay as default above 'To' field ready to use.
