Add SIGNATURE in MS Outlook 2010

Solution:

1.  Click on File -> Options (In Outlook 2003 = its Tools -> Options )


2.  Click on the MAIL tab and click on the button SIGNATURE



3.  At first, a small window would pop up to enter any name for Signature. Once that is done, we can edit the signature as per our requirement.
4.  Another additional feature regarding this is that , there is a IMAGE button (Yellow color) which allows the users to add images to their signature if needed.
