If buttons are missing within a new e-mail, select the View menu and choose the desired field to choose (i.e. From, Bcc) .
NOTE: If the above options aren't available from the View menu, MS Word 2003 may be enabled in Outlook as the e-mail editor.
To disable Word as the editor, perform the following steps:
Within the main Outlook window, select Tools | Options Select the Mail Format tab.
In the Message format section at the top, uncheck the option for Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages (as shown below)
Click the OK button to register the changes.
If a user is attempting to reply to an e-mail, but the "Reply", "Reply to All", and "Forward" are missing, then follow the resolution steps below:
In a new e-mail, select the View menu and choose Toolbars. Ensure that the Standard toolbar is checked (as shown below)
Ask user to close Outlook, and relaunch it again.
