Solution:

The purpose of this instruction is to provide information regarding Outlook Calendar - Issues (missing meeting, duplicate meetings, etc.)
If the user calls and is having problems with their calendar in relation to meetings not showing up, you can have them do the following:
Have the user close Outlook.
Click on Start. Click on Run.
Have the user type in the following: Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy [** Free/busy data is published information that contains a user's personal availability data based on the user's schedule. Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 uses the information extensively when users schedule meetings

Click on OK.
