Calendar -Give Permission

Solution:

In Outlook select the Tools | Options menu
Select the Delegates tab
Select the Add button
  • Type in the last name of the user and select them from the global address list
  • Click the Add button and then OK
  • Choose what permissions you want them to have access to (Editor for Calendar and Tasks is the default)
  • Select OK twice to return to the main Outlook window
